Odstemplik

Odstemplik is a typeface by gluk that combines elements of italic and script lettering. Slanted letters, flowing connections and decorative swashes give the text an informal character. It suits invitations, greeting cards, names, signatures and short headings in Latin characters.

The author’s version 0.70 includes two styles: Regular with a weight of 500 and Bold 700. Both include Latin characters with diacritics, numbers and punctuation. There is no Cyrillic support or variable version. The package contains the unchanged original OTF and TTF files, plus full WOFF2 files for websites.

Odstemplik supports standard and discretionary ligatures, contextual alternates, initial forms and terminal forms. These OpenType features work in applications that support them; discretionary ligatures usually need to be enabled separately. In Regular, the author also provides swashes at the [ and ] character positions — try adding them at the end of a word. Leave enough space between lines for the decorative details.

The font is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits personal and commercial use subject to its terms. The author’s license is included in the archive.
